This is Anointed Holy Rosary. (Tasbirgol) in my heritage of North African, Rosary is made with amber, silver and other beads. It doesn't necessarily matter now many beads but what it is used for. Which is prayer work and protection. 
Anything in the color of silver is very powerful to ward off evil spirits. It is reflective that sends any energy back to the user. 
This piece contains authentic, old, and rare  Amber. It comes from my private collection, Most of my amber is source through Moroccan or generally African trade, so it is more expensive because it is highly prized by many tribes.
Amber is a symbol of the holy. It is fossilized tree resin, millions of years old. Used in healing. A symbol of longevity and attracting love. It is symbolic of life itself and wards of danger. (Such as accidents and if adversity should happen ,the spirit of Amber is the one of endurance )  my tribe loves to collect Amber as a symbol of the family's wealth. Has two small pieces of amber on it from original prayer beads 
Contains old carnelian bead that had been buried  in Mali for about 1,000 years.

White Agate in my tribe were worn as another symbol of status and wealth. It is a symbol of purity
