This is Anointed Holy Rosary. (Tasbirgol) in my heritage of North African, Rosary is made with amber, silver and other beads. It doesn't necessarily matter now many beads but what it is used for. Which is prayer work and protection. 
Anything in the color of silver is very powerful to ward off evil spirits. It is reflective that sends any energy back to the user. Ethiopian silver tone beads.
It also has old carnelian beads from Mali. In my tribe of the Fulani, carnelian is used to clean the blood and believe to ease menstrual pains. It is also the stone of the Lion and Prophecy.
